5. Punch excisions for pitted scars.

Icepick scars are one of the most common scars, and these can be treated through an acne scar cure that resembles a punch biopsy. A small tool cuts out the pitted area thereby allowing the resulting wound to heal together again in a normal way. You may still have a scar afterwards, but it will be very subtle, and still may fade altogether.
