Natural methods can also be use to effectively deal with acne. The main aim of these methods is to deal with the cause of acne. Acne is a skin condition which affects not only the face, but the back and chest of its sufferers too. It is said that 10% of people who develop acne when in their teenage and adolescent years will continue to suffer from their condition in their 20’s and well into their 30’s. Adult acne can continue into the 40’s and 50’s. The biggest cause of this prolonged acne being caused by fatigue and stress. High stress levels usually results in increased production of androgens in the body. Androgens make acne worse in the body. Therefore, one of the precautions acne sufferers should take in order not to worsen their condition is to live a stress free life. Another natural method to handle acne is to stay away from creams and oils which have retinol and alpha hydroxy acid. Exercising regularly helps in good blood circulation throughout the body. This ensures that your whole body is oxygenated therefore helps in keeping the tissue in your blood clean. This helps to keep your skin vital and fresh. Taking lots of water will flush out toxins out of your body. Water also helps your body to carry out its normal processes well hence your body will function properly. Lack of water in the body will make your immune system not work properly and therefore healing processes in your body will not take place normally. This means that your acne scars will not heal as quickly as you want them to. Lots of water in your body also reduces inflammation on any wounds you have. Hence, take time to drink water and help to cure your acne naturally. Exfoliation also helps to cure acne. Exfoliation is the process of getting rid of dead skin which has accumulated on the surface of the skin. You have to choose a gentle way of exfoliating in order not to make your skin condition worse. One way to exfoliate is to use facial scrub. If you are using the three step routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing you can include exfoliation immediately after cleansing your skin. Remember to exfoliate regularly. At least once a week should be adequate. Exfoliation removes the dead skin and helps new vibrant skin to come up. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily. Even if you do everything else right but keep on touching your face with dirty hands, your acne will not go away easily. Most of the time, our hands are naturally dirty and has bacteria. These bacteria will get into the sores and inflame the acne. Therefore if you constantly keep touching your face, you will worsen the acne. Touch your face only when you are sure that your hands are absolutely clean. The last and difficult part in getting rid of acne is learning to be patient since acne will not clear up in a day. Therefore avoid beating yourself up over it. Get your eBook today and eliminate the acne on your skin here: Acne Free in 3 Daysbr

Acne forms when hair follicle of skin gets plugged by excessive production of oil called Sebum by the Sebaceous Glands and dead cells and get infected by bacteria.

From sporadic whiteheads to large pus-filled cysts, acne has many types. These may be either interconnected or utterly independent in their genesis.

Acne types are divided into two basic groups.

 Inflammatory Acne
 Non-inflammatory Acne

Inflammatory Acne:

This basic group of acne types is consisted of inflamed comedones that are caused by bacteria in blocked follicles. Inflammatory acne includes:

Acne Conglobata: The back, buttock and chest acne. It is rare, but serious.

Pustule: The small round acne that contains pus. Mostly, it appears yellow or white at center and red at the base.

Cysts: Pretty similar to nodule with the difference of high possibility of acne scarring.

Papule: The mildest acne, which appears on the skin as small, but firm pink bump.

Nodule: The very large and painful pus-filled acne firmed deep within the skin. It can cause scarring.

Non-inflammatory Acne:

It is consisted of two types of blocked pores. It includes:

Whitehead (Closed Comedo): As the name suggests, it appears on the skin as whitish bumps. It appears because the blocked follicle remains under the skin.

Blackhead (Open Comedo): The cause of its dark color is mistaken with dirt. In fact it is the buildup of melanin that gives it dark color. It appears because the blocked follicle enlarges and pushes through the surface of the skin.
